All learners get plenty of hands-on experience on the espresso machines. You will not only be able to make an exceptional brew but also be knowledgeable on coffee bean production and the history of turning those beans into the coffee we drink today!
You will walk away with NZQA unit 167 which is an essential training for all food handlers and meets the compulsory training requirements of all food handlers under the Food Act 2014.
